Week 1 I lost 3.9 pounds. Week 2, I lost 2.6 pounds. Week 3 I lost 1.7 pounds I'm doing great. I'm eating oats with flax seed, raw sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds with raisins or cranberries for breakfast. I need some protein with that. This morning, I had an egg white omelet with onions, red and green bell pepper and low fat cheese. It was good. I'm on vacation now, so it's hard, but my sister is here with me and doing great, too.
Clean eating has changed my life already. I fee sooooooo good and have so much more energy now. I feel like Ayla in Clan of the Cave Bear!
